WI Wednesday: how active are you?


How much do I love that kid?!

Feelings: I’m ok with it, after all the birthday fun!

We are talking all this month about activity, but this week it’s all about perception.

We can get in a place where we will under or over estimate our activity. It can be easy to say oh yeah I did an hour of laundry, so I can eat that piece of cake.
However, we can easily not give ourselves enough credit for the activity done. Eating too few calories especially when getting a lot of activity in can be detrimental for your journey too.

In the end, all that really matters is that you are being active. Even if it’s just ten minutes three times a day, it counts! It can be a struggle to find that food/fitness, but once you find it you’ll be on fire.

And, my leader has a great quote that says:

Success is not spontaneous combustion, you have to set yourself on fire.
