I had another bad workout today.
I need your help! I need your sage and wise advice..
How do you all handle the ‘mind over matter’ in pushing through a particularly hard workout.
Today I got on the treadmill and thought I felt ok, until I started walking. I couldn’t seem to get my speed up past 2.5. My right side near my hip/tailbone was on fire and wouldn’t even tolerate 2.6. I had to pause a few times to stretch a little but I pushed out 50 of my 60 planned minutes.
I just don’t want a repeat of that…..not even my favorite music helped today.
So…..give me all your best tips!!!!!
