Tuesday Checkpoint

I had another bad workout today.

I need your help! I need your sage and wise advice..

How do you all handle the ‘mind over matter’ in pushing through a particularly hard workout.

Today I got on the treadmill and thought I felt ok, until I started walking. I couldn’t seem to get my speed up past 2.5. My right side near my hip/tailbone was on fire and wouldn’t even tolerate 2.6. I had to pause a few times to stretch a little but I pushed out 50 of my 60 planned minutes.

I just don’t want a repeat of that…..not even my favorite music helped today.

So…..give me all your best tips!!!!!

    sometimes it’s more important to listen to your body and take it easy rather than “push through”. Just go for a 10 minute walk tomorrow to get you back up to your 60 minutes total. Hope thep pain doesn’t stick around too long.
