Sunday Confessional: Christmas time

/home/wpcom/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/e1e/41015102/files/2014/12/img_07311.jpg
Is this how your house looked Christmas morning.

Confession: I love that my kids love watching the cat open his stocking rather than ripping into their own stuff.

It’s the post Christmas come down and now that the unwrapping is done and the turkey dinner is now leftovers, it’s time to reflect.

Christmas does come every 365 days, and it’s my favorite season. Usually I get to stand outside in the crisp winter air and enjoy the silence.
This year I got to sit and listen to the driving rain. Weird but still had the same effect.

Confession: on the last 365 days, I regret nothing.

Seems weird to admit but I don’t.

I am going into 2015 with the confidence in knowing that I will be awesome. I am taking on a new challenge at work. I’ve pro actively booked my races and events to train for. I am focusing on me.

Confession: I am not afraid of this change. I’m fueled by it.

Until later.
