Today I tried something I would never thought I could do. Body Attack was today. I showed a video earlier last week, and I was terrified.
I will be the first one to say, it helped a bit when I found out the substitute instructor was cute lol (sshhh don’t tell hubby)
Jarvis was, in a word, fabulous. He always showed a modifier (which I used a lot) and like my favorite instructor Nicole, never makes you feel bad for using them.
LOL. I cussed him out a couple of times. This workout is no joke. There was almost no time to recover. Jump squats and skater jumps and burpees (yeah no I did NOT burpee) I found myself more than once bent over with my hands on my knees trying to catch my breath.
I can’t wait to do it again!
