My husband has me watching this Doomsday show that gives 10 ways the earth could be destroyed.
I will most likely have nightmares lol. However, it does dredge up a good point.
You can’t focus on doom and gloom all the time without it affecting you permanently.
I’ve been kinda stuck under a negative storm cloud lately and just going through the motions of being ok. I need to find a way to shake this off.
