Confession: I am frustrated at my weight loss this week.
I was down 2lbs and as much as I want to celebrate the loss I’m irritated by the fact that the less exercise I do and eat the same I lose but when I mix in all the activity I love I gain.
So, I’m just going to remind myself of this:
Why does it have to be so damn complicated? I mean 3yrs ago if someone told me that I would be at the gym five days a week for six classes I would have laughed at you. Now I crave it.
This is another big change with me. I’m not going to let this stop me from getting where I need to be.
